1. Introduction and Core Commitment

Acrion Apparels Private Limited (“Company”) is dedicated to conducting its business operations with transparency and operational efficiency. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) establishes a clear framework for the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through our official website. It is designed to protect the interests of both the Company and its Customers by outlining responsibilities and limitations associated with logistics. This Policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Order Processing and Timelines

  • Verification: Every order is subject to successful payment verification, product availability, and an internal security review.

  • Processing Period: Standard processing takes 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time is used for quality checks and packaging and is independent of transit time.

  • Cancellations: Customers may request modifications or cancellations only before an order is marked as ‘Processed’. Once queued for dispatch, the logistics workflow becomes non-reversible.

  • Pre-Orders: Items on pre-order are dispatched only upon arrival at our facility based on the estimated timeline provided at purchase. These are non-refundable unless the item is discontinued or the window is exceeded.

3. Logistics and Third-Party Engagement

Acrion Apparels Private Limited partners with an independent third-party shipping aggregators for fulfillment. While we strive for reliable delivery, the Company does not control the internal operations of these partners.

  • Transfer of Risk: Once an order is handed over to the logistics provider, the responsibility for transit-related risks—including delay, damage, or theft—passes to the provider.

  • Serviceable Areas: We offer domestic and international shipping. If a location is unserviceable, the Company will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping Charges and International Duties

  • Calculations: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.

  • International Shipments: Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local levies applicable in the destination country.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes orders returned to origin (RTO) due to customer error, refused deliveries, or transit delays beyond the Company's control.

5. Delivery Failures and RTO

If the logistics partner is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package is marked "Return to Origin" (RTO).

  • Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.

  • Re-dispatch of an RTO package requires the customer to provide a revised address and pay new shipping charges in advance.

6. Transit Issues and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acrion Apparels Private Limited disclaims liability for incidental losses arising from third-party logistics failures. If a shipment is marked "Delivered" but the customer claims non-receipt, an internal investigation will occur. Refunds are only issued if the non-receipt is substantiated through evidence; otherwise, the Company is not liable for replacement.
